Lead daily operations in our new regional warehouse. Responsibilities include staff supervision, inventory control, safety compliance, and inbound/outbound processes.

• Warehouse or logistics team management experience

• Familiarity with WMS systems

Coordinate international shipments between Europe and the Middle East. Manage transport documentation, carrier relations, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.

Requirements:

• Arabic & English proficiency

• Knowledge of INCOTERMS and freight handling

• Experience with customs and cross-border shipping

Provide support to our Middle Eastern clients regarding shipments, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Ensure a smooth customer experience from order to delivery.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience in logistics or client support preferred

Monitor and manage inventory accuracy in our warehouse facilities. Perform stock checks, analyze discrepancies, and support supply chain data reporting.

• Experience with inventory or warehouse systems
